Born and raised on the coast, Julie loves taking advantage of the outdoors and grew up playing sports. After having two children she found that gaining weight and battling postpartum depression was extremely challenging. She took control of her life and became the best version of herself through exercise to increase energy, mental clarity, and reduce stress.

Julie started 650 FITNESS in 2022 with the idea of #6reasons5goals0excuses. When you feel like quitting, remember why you started.

Ramona Minjoe

Ramona started her fitness journey a little different than most. Never an athlete or dancer and only an occasional exerciser, she joined a gym in 2014 after finding herself suddenly single. After losing 50lbs through diet, weightlifting and cardio classes, fitness became her new lifestyle. She helped develop a 30-day Nutrition challenge with a Certified Dietician and likes to help others discover and embrace healthier eating and exercise habits. 

Ramona recently started power lifting and believes we are much stronger and more resilient than we give ourselves credit for.

Emily Basora

Emily has been in love with movement since childhood. She danced and played team sports as a kid, then stepped into her first gym in high school, and from that point on, she knew where she belonged! She’s been an active Certified Personal Trainer for over 7 years, and teaches a variety of classes out of 650.Fitness as well as Beach Body Bootcamp by Holly. Her love of movement lead her to become a Certified Yoga Teacher at CorePower, TRX certified at their home facility, and she has also completed COUNTLESS courses on meditation, nutrition, stretching, and a variety of other movement-based platforms! She is currently offering daily small group classes, (that primarily focus on mobility & strength,) as well personal training. If you’re looking for a fun and unique way to regain balance, built confidence, and get strong SAFELY, Emily is your girl! She caters to all levels, and is currently accepting new clients!
